Food + Merch Vendors

Force Fields is more than a music festival; it’s a full-on experience. We’re looking for food and merch vendors who bring bold ideas, strong execution and festival-ready setups to match the energy of our community.

Vendors

To be considered, please be ready to provide the following with your application:

  • Your menu or product list
  • Average price point
  • Footprint size needed
    (All vendor spaces are 20 feet deep)
  • Maximum electrical needs (required)
  • Wisconsin Seller’s Permit number (required)
  •  

Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee a vending spot. Space is limited, and we curate vendors carefully to create the best experience for fans.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

A little upfront clarity goes a long way. Here’s what all vendors should know before submitting:

Space & Setup

  • All vendor spaces are 20 feet deep
  • You must specify your frontage width
  • Vendors are responsible for all equipment and supplies, unless noted below
  •  

Utilities Provided

Chippewa Valley Music Festivals will provide:

  • Electricity
  • Water hookups
  • Dumpsters
  • On-site “cash and carry” suppliers

Everything else is up to you.

FOOD FINDER

All approved food vendors will be featured in the Food Finder inside the festival app — a fan favorite for finding exactly what they’re craving.

If you offer items that are:

  • 🌱 Vegetarian or Vegan

  • 🌾 Gluten-Free

  • 🥛 Dairy-Free

  • 🥜 Allergy-aware

…please note that clearly on your menu.
Fans use this feature heavily, and vendors who label dietary options are easier to find and often see higher traffic.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing:

  • Comprehensive General Liability coverage
  • $1,000,000 minimum
  • Chippewa Valley Music Festivals listed as Additional Insured

Most vendors can add this through their existing insurance provider quickly — but it is required to vend.

BEVERAGE RESTRICTIONS

Chippewa Valley Music Festivals holds exclusive rights to sell Pepsi products.

Vendors may not sell:

  • Bottled or canned soda
  • Bottled water
  • Tea
  • Orange juice

If you’re unsure whether a beverage item is allowed, please ask before applying.

HEALTH & COMPLIANCE

  • All vendors must comply with local Health Department regulations
  • Chippewa Valley Music Festivals reserves the right to restrict the sale of any items
  • We have a limited number of new vendor openings each year

Quality, safety, and fan experience come first.

TIMELINE & SELECTION

  • Application deadline: December 31
  • New vendor booking typically occurs late January–February
  • Selected vendors will be contacted directly

We appreciate every application, but due to volume and space constraints, not all applicants will be accepted.
