No food/beverage carry-ins allowed in the concert grounds.
All attending fans do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors, or others associated with the event.
Fireworks may be used during the event. We understand that sudden loud noises can be challenging for fans with sensitivities or PTSD. We recommend preparing accordingly, and you’re welcome to bring noise-canceling headphones or earplugs to help mitigate the sound.
The festival will take place rain or shine. All acts advertised confirmed their appearance at the festival; however, acts are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges are given if an act fails to appear at the festival. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets, or wristband replacements.
Selling tickets higher than face value (scalping) is strictly prohibited by Chippewa Valley Music Festivals and may be punishable by criminal charges, civil legal action, or denying access to the festival. Roadside sales and any other scalped tickets will not be NOT honored at the gate. Roadside sales and any other scalped tickets are NOT honored.
Wristbands are registered to the individual wearer and are non-transferrable.
Pets are forbidden in the concert grounds. Pets in the campgrounds must be leashed and watered at all times. Please respect your neighbors and clean up after your pet.
Your car pass MUST be attached to the driver’s side of your vehicle windshield. If you haven’t attached it, the attendants at the gate entrance will attach it to your windshield.
Vehicles are subject to search upon each entry into the festival grounds. Festival staff will search for items such as fireworks, weapons, illegal drugs, off-road vehicles, and people sneaking in illegally. Anyone on the festival grounds without a proper ticket or wristband is subject to a trespassing fine of up to $1,000. No soliciting or cruising or any kind. Security will apprehend all violators.
Any violator of festival policies will have their wristband removed, be escorted from the festival grounds, and be subject to fine according to state and local ordinances.
Any unauthorized use or resell of festival branding is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this will result in legal action.
Children ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Hearing protection is strongly suggested for all festival attendees, especially children.
No photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial-use rigs) aside from cell phones are allowed.
I understand that while Chippewa Valley Music Festivals Inc. and Fun In The Sun Inc. (Seller) have undertaken reasonable steps to lessen the risk of contagious diseases in connection within the Festival, there are still risks. I am fully aware that participation in the Festival carries inherent risks related to contagious disease transmission, regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks. Inherent risks may include, but are not limited to (1) contact with individuals or objects carrying a contagious disease, (2) the risk of transmitting or contracting a contagious disease, and (3) injuries and complications ranging in severity, including death, resulting directly or indirectly from contagious diseases. I hereby accept and assume all risk of loss, personal injury, sickness, death, damage, and expense arising from such inherent risks and exposure to contagious diseases and release Seller from all liability. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller for all damages I incur, or damage to third parties as a result of my attendance at the festival, including minor children under my custody, care, and control, as a result of such inherent risks and exposure to contagious diseases at the Festival. I further attest that if I test positive, am exposed to, or am in close contact with a contagious disease, I will not attend the Festival.
